3. RealAudio is downloaded and installed. RealAudio is available at: www.realplayer.com. The free version is currently available at Download RealPlayer.

4. The Canteen Workshop Page is where  you will find the index for Workshop VI -- Practical Work on self. This will include a schedule of events, a thematic summary and a materials list. Materials listed are relevent to the workshop but not required.
