Although I have been a professional magician since 1959 and have the documents to prove it--I performed with Ormand McGill in 1982; my magic teachers were Bruce Elliot & the Great Orson Welles--I am not a member of IBM, SAM or any other fraternal order, nor will I join one at this late date (I'm 58 going on 4)... I have never ever been to the Magic Castle, nor do I have plans to visit it now or ever. I am strictly a loner, and nobody knows my secrets except a few great students of whom you'll never hear if all you do is go to the Main Attractions Rooms. To me, magic is a Passion born of Faith & Misdirection. Can you think of a better Learning Ground for the attention than its deliberate MisDirection???
