The above, unhetherto-aforementioned, title (hetherto-mentioned) is a quote from editor friend E. J. Gold. By permission I have borrowed it for the title of this set of pages.
Remember the Beatles, not the scuttlely things that run around just out of one's peripheral vision, but rather the singing group that invented men's hair stylists. They sang a song about Revolution. The only parts I can recall with anything approaching vivid memory is something like "dahdah, dah, dahdah, dah, dahdah, I'd rather change your head."
The approach of terminating someone's life as a teaching device just never made sense to me. I come from the if you shoot, it eat it school of hunting/killing. Since I'm basically a vegetarian by instructions from by stomach (we communicate by means of pain -- it is a one-sided conversation as you may have already guessed) I don't have much use for hunting. And the thought of eating a human gives me gastrointestinal heebee-jeebees. The average human just does not eat clean enough to pass GA inspection. So, the upshot of this is "I don't have much use for killing." Call me wild and crazy but on the whole I don't find killing to be the weapon of choice.
I say this based on some experience. I'm not some namby-pamby that's unfamiliar with the subject of killing. When I was younger I worked as a hit-man -- my only proviso was that I insisted on choice of weapon. You'd be amazed how many people want to have a hand in the selection. This cut deeply into my client base. Especially after it became common knowledge what my weapon of choice was -- "time". I figure in twenty or thirty years I'll have fulfilled on all the contracts I've undertaken. Then if my clients are still around I'll collect my fee.
So what does all of this have to do with the Webolution? For that you'd have to study my papers on Fictiles and Infons. Let's leave it at: It serves my purposes and the purposes of those I serve to enable the free and creative interchange of thoughtforms. Do you really think millions of Jews could have gone to the gas chamber without the world knowing about it if there had been an internet? Those that control media have yet to find a means to throttle the internet. So while we have a means to free and creative interchange I say "if you don't use it you lose it."
After this great and wondrous build up where's the enabling factors -- the great and wonderful web-tech hints? They are all over the place. You just need to know how to look. So during the next few months I intend to turn I into we; and the newly formed we will deposit here abouts our working notes.
If you would like to become part of the "we" write.
If you would like to see some of these working notes check back periodically.
